TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks recommendations for credible and affordable COVID-19 testing facilities in central Bangkok, specifically near Sathorn, before a flight to the US. Responses indicate that the testing requirement comes into effect on January 26, and they offer suggestions, including Piyavate Hospital, which charges 2,500 baht. Users discuss timing for tests and results, as well as potential waivers from embassies for testing.

Note that doesn't come into effect until the 26th of January. Also, if you're unable to find a testing location, SOME embassies will issue a waiver depending on the country. Not sure what the US embassy in Bangkok will do.
