It is now confirmed that travelers arriving in Thailand are receiving 30-day visa-exempt entry stamps, with the change taking effect from midnight today.

If you have enough time to apply for a 60-day Tourist eVisa before traveling, this is generally the better option if you intend to stay in Thailand for longer than 60 days.

The TM30 should show where you are staying at the time of getting the extension. Doesn't matter where you may have been before or may be afterwards.

You need the TM30 from where you slept the previous night as that is your current accommodation, the date on it does not matter

Graham Seal ... above comes down to the choice of words... you never actually receive a copy of your TM30 each hotel etc that you sleep at... although I suppose one could ask for a copy with each bed hop if you have an imminent 90days coming up?
