Hello, can someone please tell me: for a retirement visa up to 90 days I need either net pension 1700€ or 20000€ proof?! Is this right? There is something different everywhere. This 20000€ must then be scanned for 3 months with a bank statement? Is there also a fund, spar, depot account? Thank you very much for the up-to-date reply. Greetings Helga

TLDR : Answer Summary
For a retirement visa in Thailand, the financial requirements can vary by embassy. Typically, applicants need to prove either a net pension of €1700 or savings of €20000. The €20000 must generally be evidenced through a bank statement showing three months of funds. It is advised to check the specific requirements on the embassy's website as they can differ.
