A user inquired about experiences related to requesting a visa extension letter in Thailand, specifically from the perspective of Spanish expats. Comments indicated skepticism regarding the issuance of such letters, highlighting that no European embassies were providing them due to the availability of flights back to the EU. Furthermore, a comment referenced a recent response from the Spanish embassy, noting that they were not issuing extension letters at the moment, while advising to await news from immigration authorities regarding extensions.
