TLDR : Answer Summary
The current medical insurance requirements for renewing an OA retirement visa still include 400,000 baht inpatient and 40,000 baht outpatient coverage, at least until September when a new 3 million baht requirement for inpatient insurance will be introduced. However, some insurance companies may not be aware of these upcoming changes.
