Hi All. What are the current Covid rules for transit via SG? Trip is Bangkok -> SG -> HK.
I’m fully vaccinated (2 jabs of BioNTech in HK) and Pfizer booster from UK).
My flight with Thai Airways was just cancelled. Thx!

TLDR : Answer Summary
Travelers transiting through Singapore from Bangkok to Hong Kong must have a negative PCR test within 48 hours of departure if they do not plan to enter Singapore. All flight segments must be booked on the same ticket. However, if entering Singapore, a negative PCR test is still required, and travelers must be on a VTL (Vaccinated Travel Lane) flight from Bangkok. Additionally, there is a two-day window for the validity of the PCR test results, allowing for some flexibility in timing.

There's a two day window, not 48 hours, which means if you get your test result at (say) 8.00 am on a Tuesday, you have up until 11.59 pm on the Thursday to check in for your flight. This method assists people who wait overnight for their result.

As far as I know if you are not entering SG you can transit through SG but have to have a negative PCR test within 48 hrs from departure, and all segments must be on the same ticket.
If you wish to enter SG then you have to fly on a VTL flight from BKK with the negative PCR test also
for you to just be classed as a transit passengers so your luggage is sent all the way to HK each flight needs to be on one ticket. You can’t purchase separate tickets
