TLDR : Answer Summary
The cost of a Non-B single entry visa is approximately 2,000 THB, while a Non-B multi-entry visa costs around 5,000 THB. These prices can vary depending on the consulate, with examples provided for various locations such as Vientiane, Kuala Lumpur, and Hanoi. Notably, a multi-entry Non-B visa is not available in Thailand; it must be obtained from an official consulate.

This is the break down for nearby consulates ;)

If the one you're using isn't on the list you're on your own :P

Vientiane/Savannakhet

90 day single 2000฿

year-long multi 5000฿

Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Kota Bharu

90 day single 300RM

year-long multi - 750RM

Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, Phnom Penh & Yangon

90 day single $80USD

year-long multi $200USD

Jakarta, Bali

90 day single IDR 1,120,000

year-long multi IDR 2,800,000

Also; there is no multi-entry Non-B visa available inside the country at the immigration office, just a 90 day single entry for 2000baht.
