Hello ladies,

My name is Noni and I’m from London. I am intending to relocate to Thailand in January and looking to connect with women of a similar age to me i.e in their early 50’s.I am looking for suggestions and recommendations for short term rental of a 2 bedroom villa that is convenient to local amenities such as supermarkets, hospitals and beaches) Unfortunately, I am in a situation whereby my husband is currently unable to join me. I would be grateful for any hints and tips concerning visa , banking and health insurance. Thanks in advance…

Honesty and sincerity greatly appreciated and returned,

Hopefully you have your residency visa arranged before you get here, it can save you stress and possibly a lot of money

Please look at this peaceful island, Koh Mak. We came 18yrs ago for a short stay, fell in love with the laid back lifestyle stay 6months of the year now, English winters

Lots of info here

On Facebook Koh mak Connect.

On the Web

The island is fairly flat for walking. Has beautiful beaches, fast Internet, good restaurants and bars(not girlie bars), no sleezzy nightlife. send me DM if you want more info, my wife or myself will help you

For a connection with women like you you might consider joining the British Club in Bangkok

Go to Pucket, plenty of retired women there

Before you go to Thailand, can I suggest that you use Googl Earth and go down to street level in any city and any place, that would give you an idea where you are going to.

One thing I can tell you, prepare for extreme heat and humidity, if you want to know more message me privately.
