Luma. They were incredible with me, I was in ICU for a week, they paid every expense before I left the hospital, no out of pocket, and even checked up on me. It was really nice.

Luma Insurance. Google them.

They do cover pre-existing conditions however you may need to give some form of doctors clearance that it isn't a current issue, or they cover it and you pay an excess.

Don't use French ACS as covid insurer as don't pay out !

I would not recommend AETNA health insurance ( previously known as BUPA THAILAND). Depending on your age of course, the annual premiums are VERY expensive. If you are here on a non O-A visa you must also have outpatient cover of 40,000 baht.

i contacted her she ignored me , my thai wife called her she didn't answer her phone.

She read the message on messenger , ignored them.

Total waste of time contacting her.

And I wanted insurance for 4 people , her loss.

i just spoke to her last week and she organised my insurance for sandbox took about 30 minutes till had cover letter for COE.

She also sorted for me last july when all regulations were new.

I know plenty of people in Phuket who have dealt with her for years.
