I have a family of 4 from America. We will be coming from Vietnam and looking for a agent to help me acquire a visa for Thailand. Does anyone have any recommendations to trusting agents for an easier process and answer some questions of mine?

I wouldn't be going anywhere until you land a job here ,if you plan to bring the family and you're the only bread winner . You'll need a job offer to get a B visa and a work permit. Your family can get visas piggybacked off of yours.
