I used One Stop Visa Service at the bottom of Soi 6 near Beach Road. They do all the paperwork and you never wait in line & for the process, it’s so worthwhile rather than spending your own time hoping you get it right. Tell them I referred you for the best price!

I feel like if you don't have the 800k for a retirement visa maybe don't retire overseas. Granted, I know a lot of people have the money, they just don't like it being stagnant in Thailand.
