I used One Stop Visa Service at the bottom of Soi 6 near Beach Road. They do all the paperwork and you never wait in line & for the process, it’s so worthwhile rather than spending your own time hoping you get it right. Tell them I referred you for the best price!

You actually don't need any agent,

The process is quite simple.

Just go to the immigration and ask for what all documents are required and submit it.

It's complicated

you would know about ‘simple’.

How long have you been in Thailand? Have you ever heard of a ‘visa agent’?

You are an absolute 🤡

I feel like if you don't have the 800k for a retirement visa maybe don't retire overseas. Granted, I know a lot of people have the money, they just don't like it being stagnant in Thailand.
