Hi everyone,  

I’m looking for real experiences with applying for the DTV visa as a freelancer / online worker.

I’m especially interested in people who got approved while earning through platforms like Preply, Upwork, Fiverr, etc., meaning not formally employed by the platform.

What documents were accepted?  

For example: portfolio, platform profile, payout history, invoices, bank statements?

I use Preply and provided a doc with a cover letter explaining what I do, which platform I use and link to my profile, then a pdf of payment export history and matching bank statements showing the payments on my account

Im a freelancer working directly with clients and got approved in 2 days in Warsaw. I showed my portfolio, some invoices and revolut statement showing transfers from clients.

I operate through a company so had certificate of employment from own company. Additionally an info graphic of the project I plan to work on as a digital nomad. I don’t have a client base but a former exit from a startup. I just documented recent achievements, included the work history section from CV. Some images of work. Just built a story to show my activity.
