What additional documents are required for the DTV Workation visa application and how to prepare them?

Hello to everyone!

I applied to DTV Workation. Now I’ve been requested to provide additional documents. Need some advice to arrange it in a proper way.

Actually I need to provide the following documents:

- Other request documents: Please upload the guarantee letter from the bank to confirm your account no. X, the letter must contain your name / last name / account number / certified from the bank with signed and stamp (English only)

- Other request documents: Please upload the company license in original and translated into English (Please do not use a machine to translate.)

- Other request documents: Please upload 5-6 tax invoices and receipts issued to customers by the business owner’s company. (original language and translated into English) **Please do not use a machine to translate

- Other request documents: Please upload the latest electricity bill or water bill of your residence in the country

My questions are:

1. What should be in a guarantee letter from bank? I uploaded the confirmation letter that this USD account is mine with sign and stamp from my bank for the first time. Could it be that they simply didn't notice the other documents being glued together in one pdf file? Or do they request something else?

2. The same thing with company license. I have an official version from tax authority. Document contains info on both languages - my native language and also English. Maybe they simply didn’t notice? Or do they request specifically the version only with native language?

3. If not to use machine translate, what kind of translation will be ok for the embassy?

4. Water/electricity bill - they didn’t notice anything about translation. Should I do it? Or the bill w/o translation is still acceptable for them?
