Salut, je suis pas en Thaïlande car je suis en attente de réponse de l’ambassade à Paris, c’est transparent pour ton employeur, point de vue administratif c’est comme si tu étais en voyage longue durée. Perso mon employeur n’a rien eu à faire mise à part les papiers demandés par l’immigration.

mon employeur se pose quelques questions par rapport à la légalité par rapport au code de la sécurité sociale et notamment que se passe-t-il en cas d'accident du travail?

Est-ce que tu restes affilié à la CPAM? (Chômage, retraite, etc...)

je pense qu’il vaut mieux que tu vois directement avec la secu et l’Urssaf, la secu me disais de prendre la CFE , l’Urssaf m’a dit que non je n’étais pas expat et que je restait affilié à la secu, qu’il fallait juste que j’informe de mon voyage longue durée. C’est flou de leur côté je trouve.

J’imagine que tous les cas ne se ressemble pas, je ne veux pas te donner de fausses informations. Je te conseil de voir directement avec eux.

Perso je prends une assurance voyage en plus. Et par la suite je réfléchirai à une assurance privée.

Si tu cherche une assurance privée locale, fais-moi savoir. Je pourrais te proposer quelques choses, au moins pour comparer. Je suis légalement agent en assurance en Thaïlande.

il me semble que c'est un prérequis (l'assurance voyage) pour le DTV.

Et en fait oui celà réponds à la question de ton côté mais pas du côté de l'entreprise. Est-ce que la CPAM va prendre en charge l'accident du travail ? Que se passe-t-il en cas de contrôle de l'URSSAF par rapport a cela ?

J'ai conscience que tu n'as pas forcément la réponse à ces questions mais serait-il envisageable de mettre en relation nos RH afin que mon entreprise puisse dissiper les derniers doutes à ce sujet ? (Si oui tu peux me mp les coordonnées que je transmettrai à ma RH)
