Is it normal for my 90-day report application to have blanks in the PDF received after submitting online?

So I just applied online for my 90 day report and it went very smoothly, my status is “pending.” However, there are blanks in the copy of the completed application I was sent, for questions that I was not even asked. Like, where it was written, what kind of visa I have and what is the entry card number. Is this normal?

TLDR : Answer Summary
After applying for a 90-day report online, it's common to receive a PDF of the TM47 form with some blanks, as it only displays the information you filled out in the online application. This means your application is still pending approval. You should wait for further communication regarding the outcome of your application.

totally normal it's just a PDF of the TM47 form you filed (and it only fills in the things you filled in on the program when you filled in the boxes. AND it means your application is pending approval or rejection

Wait for the next email. If it's approved print out the PDF file they'll enclose and put it in your passport as it's the receipt you filed and has your next report date on it

If it's rejected read why and try again

i've had it take as long as 4 or 5 days and I've had it be approved almost instantly 🙂 (and rejected quickly too 😮 )
