Seriously if both father and mother are foreigners without long term visa is it allow to give birth in thailand? If they do allow does the baby get thai citizen by birth?

You should be able to apply via the soft power medical route if you want to deliver your baby in Thailand. Contact an hospital, make appointments and ask them for documents. They're usually good at providing documentation.

You get 6 months stamp on entry and if you want to extend the visa you supply a complete update of ALL your documents and finance. Otherwise you leave Thailand and return for a new 6 month stamp
