TLDR : Answer Summary
Applicants typically find it not difficult to get a 30-day extension at the Jomtien Immigration Centre as long as they meet the necessary requirements, including filing during the last 7 days of their current stay and presenting the TM30 form. It's advisable to visit the center early in the day to avoid long wait times and to avoid Mondays if possible.

Not difficult no. You just need to meet the requirements and they'll only accept your application when you have 7 days or less left on your existing stamp. TM30 is required.
