Hello,

How many times is a foreigner able to apply for a 1 year educational visa? I’m a Dutch passport holder currently on TR60.

It depends on what you're going to study.

If you enroll in university studies, as in official degrees, you can obtain a new visa every year until finished (4-6 years depending on the degree)

For things like Thai, Muay Thai, etc... depends on the subject, but max one or two years.
