How can my wife create an account as a Visa Agent on thaievisa.go.th for assisting expats with visa applications?

thanks Brandon. So what you are saying is, my wife just go into Thai E-Visa and create a new account for each applicant by just clicking on Individual? As long as the applicant is overseas, it doesn't matter that my wife does the application from here in Chiang Mai. Also, I had it in my mind for some reason that if you were an agent, you would apply online for an applicant by going into E-Via under an agency account of some description, but what you are saying is that this is not true, correct?

so if my wife was applying for a retirement visa for John Smith in California, one problem is the application has to be done from outside of Thailand. To get around this, while my wife does the application for John, does she simply set her VPN to California when filling out the online E-Visa forms? Otherwise, the authorities might see that the application is being done from Chiang Mai, which might cause a problem, I don't know.
