TLDR : Answer Summary
You can book a queue number for your 90-day report by visiting the Immigration Bureau's website and selecting 'online appointment'. However, not all offices or services are available for pre-booking. Additionally, if it isn't your first 90-day report, you might have the option to complete the report online.
90 DAY REPORTING RESOURCES / SERVICES

If it is not your first 90 day report, have you tried doing the report online instead?
