This will come under the banner of 'And Everything Else’, and any help will be really appreciated. 

I will be travelling from Phuket to HK next week, and will have my covid test at the Bangkok Phuket Hospital. The HK authorities need documentary proof that the laboratory or healthcare establishment where you received the covid test is ISO 15189 accredited. This document has to be issued by a third party or relevant authority of the government. 

Does anybody have any idea where I could start for this?

many thanks for going to all that trouble. I can see that BPH is proud of being accredited but the document that the HK Government is asking for is proof of that, via a third party. Their own declaration of being an ISO
