To maximize your stay on a METV (Multiple Entry Tourist Visa) valid until April 3rd, enter Thailand on or just before April 3rd. Each entry grants you 60 days. You can then exit and re-enter to gain additional 60-day stays. This process can be repeated until the visa expiration, and you can also extend the last stay by 30 days at the immigration office for a fee of 1900 baht, potentially extending your stay to nearly nine months.

On each entry you get 60 days of stay, if you enter just before or even on the last day, I guess 02 April 2020 as valid until date on the visa
