TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, foreigners must still adhere to the TM30 notification rule, which requires landlords or property owners to report a foreigner's stay within 24 hours of arrival at a new residence. While some opinions vary on whether a new TM30 is necessary for internal travel, it is safest to check with the local immigration office for their specific policy.

You need to ask the immigration office you deal with on what their policy is concerning in country travel.

Some say don't file a TM30 unless you come in from outside the country

Others are saying you need to file a new TM30 when you get back to your home even on in country travel.

If you're profile is to be believed and you're indeed in Korat, that'd be the office to check with.

then I see a call to the Korat immigration office on whether they require you to file a new TM30 or not when you travel inside the country ;)

i guess you mean that a foreigner needs to be reported by the land owner, house owner, house master, landlord or by the manager of the hotel within 24 hours after arriving at an address. Yes, the law did not change.
