I have a Retirement Visa, I have just submitted my TM47 On Line, and have been presented with a printable form.
Do I have to take this to Imigration?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user has submitted a TM47 form for their Retirement Visa and is unsure if they need to take the printed form to Immigration. Commenters clarify that the printed form is primarily for keeping with their passport and that they should wait for a notification regarding the approval or rejection of their submission. It appears that no immediate action is necessary after printing the form.

Sounds like the receipt of notification only. Shows the information you provided. You don’t have to do anything. Does the website indicate ‘pending?’. Next you should receive notice of approval or rejection. The approval contains the date your next report is due. It is this that you print and staple into your passport.

No, in theory you print a copy and keep it with your passport.
