TLDR : Answer Summary
As of March 23, 2022, travelers to Holland no longer need a negative COVID-19 test result, effective from March 27. However, it's always best to check with the airline, as some may still have testing requirements.

Singapore no longer requires covid testing to transit Singapore.

I flew Singapore Airlines to get to Thailand. They required PCR test within 2 days of departure. It was a little strange because I bought the tickets a couple months previously, then about a week before departure, they sent me a message telling me my my flight had an upgrade in status and that everybody would have to have a negative test.

I heard yesterday that Holland was to announce changes today or tomorrow. Probably best wait and see what they say.
