Hi! I’m considering flying from Kathmandu to Yangon with a transfer at Don Muang. I plan on coming back to Thailand at some point soon and don’t want to burn a visa/use up a waiver for my layover.  

Do I need a visa/visa waiver to change flights there?? It is an 11 hour layover...please advise.
