What are some affordable PCR test providers in the North West UK for travel to Thailand?

Pre-Arrival PCR Test

I know that they aren't required now but it seems like a sensible thing to do given that there's still a test on arrival. I just tried to book one locally though and they are quoting £150 which is insane.

Any pointers towards providers who are not absolute bandits in the North West UK?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The community discusses the need for a pre-arrival PCR test for travel to Thailand, noting that while it is not mandatory, it is still advisable due to the arrival test requirement. Users share their experiences and recommend affordable testing providers, particularly Dam Health, which offers tests for £49-£69 in Manchester. They also mention checking online resources and suggest looking for government listings of testing sites.

Just found them, no idea why they didn't show up in search results. They have a clinic near me so that's perfect. Much appreciated

I think that's an exc excellent option at this stage. I really, really don't want to go through the mission of getting to Phuket and testing positive.

if they ask this, ı need document. Yes or no?

@Alp *******
they will not ask because pre test is not needed anymore. You will only do it for yourself before you fly so you will be sure to test negative in Thailand.
