TLDR : Answer Summary
The inquiry pertains to whether a traveler can board a KLM flight to Bangkok with a 30-day visa exempt while having a return flight set for 60 days later. Comments suggest that an onward flight is necessary within the first 30 days, and it is recommended to purchase a ticket to Cambodia to demonstrate travel plans at check-in.

yesterday you got many tips and help from different people, the last comment was: Lyn A. Mackintosh I will call KLM

And now you want us to call for you? Sorry but airline regulations are not Thai visa related, good luck.

KLM aren't great an answering visa questions. Seeing as you intend to fly to Cambodia I would just buy that ticket now and show that at check in.

You have to have an onward flight within the first 30 days (I will try to find again where I found the info), because I think the logic is, they can’t allow you in for 60 days not knowing if for any reasons they will reject your application to your VOA

Sorry I misread and thought you wanted to stay in Thailand for 60 days, but still same, you need an onward ticket. It may or may not be asked by airlines, a bit if lottery. As another replied below, if you plan to go ti Cambodia better buy your ticket now, so you will travel stress free
