Can Thailand Elite Membership be transferred, and what are the fees and benefits?

mine can transfer to anyone . But I need to pay transfer fee 428,000 baht to elite office sell.

Mine is old package , we can transfer to anyone .

They don’t sell my kind of package anymore .

MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES AND BENEFITS

• Visa

- Renewable 5 years multiple entry visa with one-year-stamp at each arrival

- Term of visa shall be granted in accordance with the validity of membership

- Stay as long as you like with 1-year-length of stay

But the new card elite office sell now , can not transfer anymore.
