TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, you can print the letter you received from your embassy at Thai immigration in Bangkok. There are print shops available in the basement of the immigration building, and most photo/print shops nearby can assist you as well. Alternatively, you can show the letter directly from your phone.

Or just show them it from your phone.

Most photo/print shops can do it for you. Theres some downstairs at immigration that can. But I dont know if they are still open.

Anyone with a printer that's connected online can do it.
