How can I efficiently submit a TM30 to Immigration in Ayutthaya?

EDIT: Helpful tip maybe.

I now keep several photocopies of TM30 the associated page stating how many living at residence and the data page of my passport.

Very helpful to the landlord which makes things a lot easier.
