Am incorrect to say that VIP service fee is not collected by the IO...instead paid to an agency as a VIP assistance to provide you with access to priority lane where line up is short and as long as docs are in order no questions asked? We have used it twice despite having dtv and it was always a convenient way..

You could go through the Priority Lane in that condition. Does not help with the walk from the plane to immigration area though. I once had to have a wheelchair service leaving. Hated everyone staring and being loaded on the plane but the back door :-)Jerry ***********
