Am incorrect to say that VIP service fee is not collected by the IO...instead paid to an agency as a VIP assistance to provide you with access to priority lane where line up is short and as long as docs are in order no questions asked? We have used it twice despite having dtv and it was always a convenient way..

BKK airport has dozens of immigration counters, very large area. Unless you arrive in peak evening time, it's already fast track for everyone.
