I am planning on visiting Pattaya on March 28 to April 16. I very much like to open up a bank account in Thailand. My plans are to move there in the near future.

Probably worth paying an agent to do it for you if you are definitely coming to live here soon.

Forget about opening a bankaccount for a couple of weeks holiday.

When you have a permanent adress in Thailand, then it will be possibel.
