I did it July 2025. There is no Yellow Book other than you being a tenant for the Blue Book (Thai nationals). Two separate documents.

Even though I own the condo, my Thai wife and our daughter are in the Blue Book. My Yellow book is like I am their tenant.

My Thai wife had to sign me in (to get the Yellow Book).
