TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires whether it's possible to apply for a working visa while still on an education visa (ED Visa) set to expire in October. The comments suggest that a change is possible, but it may require meeting certain conditions such as having the company fulfill immigration requirements. Additionally, issues may arise with the work permit application, which may need to be initiated from outside Thailand.

The problem might also come for your work permit because they say the wp3 has to applied for from outside Thailand. For what stupid reason i will never know.

There are different ways or procedures to apply for a Work Permit, Application form 3 is for foreigners abroad,

Application form 1 is for foreigners inside Thailand,

But both are applied for inside Thailand at the Ministry of Labor.

you can not be on the initial 90 days you got on entry using this visa, or you must be inside Thailand without an official stay as most schools closed or you might have an valid Extension of Stay. This has to be cancelled when you stop study and you might apply directly for a new Extension of Stay based on Employment but that is only if your new company can meet the requirements. Go with company to the immigration and see what is possible
