My daughter has an Non-ed visa, and I was told at Chaeng Watthana that I could apply for her multi-entry at the airport. I was told first I check into my flight and go through immigration, then I go do the paperwork. Is this right? Where do I go? Will it be obvious? How long does this typically take? Also, officials said the office at Suvarnabumi opens at 6, but I've read on this forum it's open all the time. Any help much appreciated.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks clarification on applying for a multi-entry visa for their daughter at Suvarnabhumi Airport after checking into their flight. They ask for specific directions on where to go after going through immigration, the typical processing time for this application, and the actual operating hours of the office, noting discrepancies in information regarding its availability.
this question is asked more times, but nobody every reported that Phuket Airport has a desk or office who sell this re-entry permit. So I advice get one from the Immigration Office in Phuket town or Patong and PLEASE tell us if there is an office on the airport. Thanks in advance.
