I will be coming to Thailand on my 60 day visa free entry but I want to get a dtv visa and learn the Thai language is this possible and what would I need as requirements for it@

Full time language courses are covered via the Education visa. There is a DTV approved Thai culture course which includes some Thai language study.

There is nothing to stop you from getting a DTV through Muay Thai or cooking classes, then studying the language. I recommend using an agent.
