Question:

If I (German) enter BKK in January with a 30 day Visa Exempt Entry and get afterwords a 30 day Extension in HH. Than leave after about 58 total days in Thailand for about one week by plane and come back to Thailand, will I get a new 30 day Visa Exempt Entry?

Thanks!

TLDR : Answer Summary
A German citizen can re-enter Thailand and receive a new 30-day Visa Exempt Entry after leaving for one week; however, they must comply with quarantine or other entry protocols set by Immigration authorities.

Yes. You can do that, subject to Quarantine, until Immigration consider that you are no longer a tourist.
