Anyone got thoughts/experience getting DTV in jakarta? Either looking at doing it there as we are flying over from NZ, or we can do Sydney or somewhere in south east asia.

I will be applying through Jakarta. They already got back to my email, confirming that I may apply with Invisalign. But I am unsure which documents are needed. My treatment has already begun and is fully paid. Another 1-2 years of followup appointments are expected.

After such a long and patient wait, I finally received my visa approval from Jakarta! I submitted my application on December 8, and on January 2—at 1:40 a.m.—the approval email finally arrived. Are DTV applications in Jakarta taking very long?

It has been total 3 weeks from application date and status is pending approval. My visa here will be expired on 28th Dec.

Anyone here recently did a DTV interview in Jakarta, Indonesia?

How’s the situation these days?

Have you received any emails or updates yet?

We applied for our visa in Jakarta, and the application started on December 1st.

On December 12th, we were requested to submit all passport pages, which we have already uploaded.

As of December 17th, there has been no further update, and the status is still showing “Pending Document Check”.

So far, it has been 14 working days in this status.

I would like to ask others who applied in Jakarta:

• How long did your DTV (Workcation) visa processing take?

• Is this delay normal?

My current visa in Jakarta expires on December 26th.

Once my visa is approved, I plan to apply for my wife as a dependent.

Do you think it is realistic for both of us to receive the visas before December 26th?

If not, would it be necessary for us to do a same-day exit and re-entry via Kuala Lumpur?

Also, once my visa is approved, would you recommend sending an email to request urgent processing for my wife’s dependent visa?

I’m finally ready to apply for the DTV!

I’ve been reading so many different things and I’m hesitating between applying in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, or Jakarta.

I also have a Revolut account, and I’ve seen that some people still managed to apply successfully with it. If that’s true, I’d love to hear some positive feedback from you 🙂

Since I’m the owner of a company, I’d also like to know: do I need to provide the last 3 months of the company’s bank statements as well?

I’ve written to several embassies about Revolut but haven’t received any answers yet. Any advice or real experiences would be super helpful!
