I am a bit lost with all the requirements to get to Thailand ..the Thailand pass website asks if my hôtel booking include a PCR test (?!) And when i called my hôtel they said no hotel does include this as it is purchased and done in the airport. Any views on this??

My flight arrives 2300 on 1 Dec.  I have yet to book a one night test and go hotel package.  How will this work?  Will I be picked up by the hotel and taken to get a covid test before going to the hotel?  Also, since I won't get to the hotel till after midnight, will I have to book two nights?
