What do I need to know about getting an Education Visa in Thailand and renting a condo without a Thai credit report?Answered

Want to get Education Visa, and rent condo. I understand my credit report does not get pulled for visa and renting, but what about when I open a Thai bank account? Or can I pay rent another way not Thai bank account? TIA
