What are the booking observations for appointments at the Vientiane Embassy?

Online booking with Vientiane. A couple of observations. For Thursday February 14th no schedule available, we have asked them to clarify. Some people have to remember that leaving Bangkok on a Sunday 3rd  means booking appointment should be Monday the 4th. This morning they still show appointment available for tomorrow. I have seen number up to 374 already, so system allow more than the given 100 per hour.... Will see how it actually works at Embassy tomorrow.
