My girlfriend (Thailand national) and I have purchased a business in Pattaya (Guesthouse) Chon Buri Province. it came with a 2 million Baht established company transferred into our names as new Directors. My questions and needs are. I need to apply for the correct visa so I can help to run the business. Namely which visa is the correct one? What are the requirements? Can I apply for the visa while in Thailand on a tourist visa on arrival? I am Canadian. Your advice is appreciated. I am not doing anything with the business to date as I am still in Dubai but want to come assist her with the business ASAP.
