Hello ! I have a small query . While applying for a Thai QR pass , they are asking for insurance details. I have a work permit and social security in Thailand. I have a social security number , but I don’t have a physical card .

I went to apply for the same at the labour office for which they gave me a slip (which includes the details of my social security number and name ) stating that the card would take sometime and I could use the slip as a proof .

But my query is that is scanned copy of the slip enough or will I need more than that ?

Also has there anyone been in my situation ?

I am flying back on the 3/05.

Any info will be highly appreciated.
