My friends has a non immigrant O visa which expires in 2 weeks and he has been told he cannot extend and has to leave in 2 weeks 

He has been receiving medical treatment for an eye condition and has an eye patch and papers from the hospital to confirm he has to return for more injections in his eye

Anyone know if Chaing Mai immigration are receptive to this and if there’s any officer who is best seen there
