many lawyers say go and apply for 90 day no O visa then get another visa when i return. i have all legal papers re my son everything. hes thai will be with a nanny. all bills paid by movie. will they give me the Non O in Seoul? im afraid to be kept out and my 12 year old alone. he has thai passport. never lived with mom. will the embassy find thst a good reason to come back? no other family but me.
