Taylor Cantril Talking to the Thai officer now. Only Border Pass holders can cross (foreigners cannot apply), no eVisas, no visas.

It seems there is some text on this E-Visa, about strongly recommended to use at the place you applied for. if you use in other places it might delay the process.
