Does anyone know if Myanmar will still accept border runs at Mae Sae if they have an approved e-visa?

Mae Sai is CLOSED, even if you bought an evisa yesterday when you could pick mae sai as an entry point you were turned away at the border today.

Multiple people who have actually gone to the border are reporting this, across multiple groups. This is good information. Things are changing quickly, now is not the time to deny it is happening unless you see an official government statement.

Taylor Cantril Talking to the Thai officer now. Only Border Pass holders can cross (foreigners cannot apply), no eVisas, no visas.

It seems there is some text on this E-Visa, about strongly recommended to use at the place you applied for. if you use in other places it might delay the process.
