Genuinely happy to help, it's like others said you always get some "know it all" or someone who goes "I have a friend who.....I know someone who...." Then it just blows up and I give up
I personally use google, or embassy websites and am fairly self sufficient. But I always think - if you can't be helpful, or you're annoyed, just move on - no need to respond to it!
Facebook is toxic, but also there are some really dumb questions that have been asked before, or just people being unreasonable in their expectations , like expecting people on facebook to have answers to appease them and make them feel good even if no one really knows the answer and even if it makes no difference.
