TLDR : Answer Summary
The best place to buy a $100k Covid insurance for Japanese nationals aged 62 and 74 in Thailand seems to be through Pacific Cross, which is mentioned as likely to insure a 74-year-old. It's recommended to contact brokers like Eric Dohlon or Mady from Mister Prakan for assistance. Additional personalized options may depend on specific age-related terms and coverage choices.

Many factors; there are several coverage deductible options and age. I have no OP cover and get a No Claim discount after 3 years

I had insurance from them, instead of the promised no claim discount I got 30% increase, although that’s not the agency’s fault. This is general medical insurance not just Covid.,

I think Pacific Cross May be the only company that would insure a 74 year old. After 75, forget trying to start a new policy.

, this is the other half of that list, giving rates, and the actual price of each is also based on age.
