Does anybody know where there is a one stop shop for a covid test and certificate to fly near Sheffield?

The nearest I've found so far is in Wolverhampton. 

It's for 3 of us and my Thai girlfriend isn't registered with a doctor.

Lee Brookes my friend works at the embassy in London and told us it's about £30 - £50 for a certificate. My spouse ended up not going, but We even found one who does it by phone and emails a certificate to print. All acceptable to the embassy. Gogodocs.
